The Golden Rule is a general principle. Underlying it is a body of moderators who watch that it is indeed followed. This moderation is done by Rhizome Core members on a sliding rotation schedule, of 3 active moderators. In addition the Rhizome Net participants may send to moderators private mail with complaints, and moderators would respond privately and send private mail to those who need correction. If this doesn’t help they may also issue private warnings, and ultimately take action.
